At JitFit – our mission is to enrich, empower and inspire. We believe that inner health and well-being is just as important as physical health and endurance. We strive to ensure everyone reaches their personal goals and also work with individuals who have a variety of different conditions. We have a personal understanding of the barriers people face and we work with clients to overcome them through a system of planning, support and motivation.

We work on the principle of enhancing inner health by concentrating on improving your heart health, mental well-being and your body’s mechanical system (muscles, ligaments and tendons) which not only makes you feel good on the inside but look good on the outside. Our JitFit personal training sessions and our group classes have been developed to achieve results with the individual in mind, all sessions give clients exercise options to suit their ability but allow plenty of room for progression.

JitFit has vast experience and knowledge of working with clients who have a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes, CHD and hypertension. Many of these clients are now able to manage their conditions more effectively, have reduced their medicine dosage, and in some cases have beaten the condition altogether.
