Jitfit Body-Fit is an all-round workout, combining cardio and weights to burn those calories and improve your fitness. The class is choreographed to ensure that it has a great impact on your cardiovascular system (heart and lung health) as well as your muscular strength and endurance – working them at appropriate intensities to maximise the benefits to your health.

Good nutrition combined with JitFit Body-Fit classes twice a week can lead to improved fitness and an increase in lean muscle mass therefore accelerating the body’s metabolism.

JitFit HIT is broken down into intervals of high-intensity and medium-intensity motion. HIT works by sustained bouts of intense cardio, muscular strength activity, plyometrics and short recovery periods. Unlike some mainstream classes, JitFit HIT gives clients options to suit their ability allowing individuals to work at their own personal maximum.

HIT has been found to shift fat, boost the cardiovascular system and improve strength and muscle tone. Your resting metabolic rate is spiked after the class (in some cases, for up to 48 hours – depending on how hard you have pushed yourself) meaning you continue burning calories long after your workout has finished.
