• Block of 10 sessions: £270 – £27 per session – best value!
• Block of 6 sessions: £200 – £33.33 per session
• Block of 3 sessions: £115 – £38.33 per session

All blocks include a free one hour assessment

• Nutrition (eating habits/patterns)
• Body analysis (weight/BMI/body fat percentage/lean muscle mass/hydration)
• Measurements
• Health questionnaire (health conditions/medications/family history)
• PAR-Q  (physical activity readiness questionnaire)
